Hi there

First of all, I think you’re really brave for having the courage to even consider seeking help. My name is Zachary, and it is an immense privilege for me to journey with people who have been hurt by long-term or repeated sexual betrayal, as well as help my clients overcome problematic sexual behaviors that conflict with their promises, values and/or self-control. I am also experienced in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and general mental health issues through counselling.

Whether you are on the verge of breakdown or appear strong to others outwardly, are straight or identify as LGBT, or feel that noone could ever understand what your’re going through – as a counselor, my deepest desire is for you to reach out, and let me help you take the first steps out of the darkness of despair.

Zachary has received specialised training from International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, has a Masters in Social Science (Counseling) and is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) Candidate.

Sex Addiction

Sexual addiction is not defined by the type of sexual act and the frequency.

Much like any other addiction, the act itself has taken over your life and you are rendered powerless to the addiction.

Betrayal Trauma

Betrayal Trauma creates feelings of hopelessness, danger, anxiety and impacts our ability to express ourselves, making it difficult to regulate our emotions. As a result, our problem solving is impaired, and we begin to shut down, lose our ability to connect to others, creating further feelings of loneliness and fear.
